| Popis | We are seeking a strong PROJECT MANAGER to lead some of the new key strategic projects that are to change the way we operate our business over the next few years, with high visibility to the business. Your main responsibilities will be: - Delivery of HR Services implementation project work stream(s), accountable for defining and launching new services to support employees in EMEA locations. - Support the development of frustration free Associate processes by questioning and challenging. At all times driving to the desired end state and ensuring the voice of the customer is reflected in everything that we do. - Build and maintaining strong relationships with EU HR Services team, HR stakeholders and key business sponsors across EU and global HR Services - Work with and establish project teams and ensure that all agreed strategic projects are progressing and delivering desired results on time and in budget - managing issues proactively to ensure that all projects remain on schedule - Report on project progress and status. - Assess new initiatives and projects to evaluate how they can support the strategic goals of EU HR Services and its growth. - Ultimately delivering a best practice. |
| Požadavky | - 3+ years of relevant program/project management experience, preferably in HR field and SSC environment - Experience of leading or supporting system based projects whether it be main HR systems such as PeopleSoft or best of breed systems, Time and Attendance for example - Strong evidence of program and project management principles preferably within a HR context - Fluency in English is a MUST - A formal qualification in project management is desirable - Experience in EU wide projects and/or leading cross-functional projects would be advantageous - Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to others - Highly numerate with fantastic attention to detail |
