Main responsibilities:- Daily contact with customers, coordination of all activities toward customer
- Managing internal administration
- Advice on product, prices and payments
- Management of assigned corporate customer portfolio
- Processing customer orders, claims solution and return process
- Daily contact with foreign subjects
- Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships
- Establish and maintain effective relationship with customers and gain their trust and respect

Požadavky | - Good communication skills and team orientation
- Willingness to work in afternoon shifts (Monday - Friday)
- Fluent English and Spanish language
- Customer service work experience, or in a coordination, may come as an advantage
- Professionalism and a positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively either alone or as part of a team
- Computer literate
- Excellent organizational ability, including planning well and managing responsibilities effectively
