| Popis | Have you been working in TELCO field and you want a change? Or you‘ve just finished study of Telecommunication or Computer Networks and you want to develop your knowledge? Then, read more and you will find out why we want you and what for! Successfull candidate wil be responsible for: - Maintenance and support on the 802.11 wireless networking product family in the area of technical, functional and design specifications. - Providing Level II direct on-site and phone support to contracted customers, partners and employees. - Providing a high level of support to Level 1 team by fielding questions and providing technical direction on support issues, product compatibility and customer configuration - Finding the best and most effective resolution. - Ownership of the issues, from analyses and troubleshooting, through cooperation with Engineering team and following testing after fix is applied. - Facilitating Support Problem Reports (SPR) to the Engineering Department maintaining communications with Engineering and the customer until resolution. - Other responsibilities as determined and issued by Management. |
| Požadavky | MUST: - Degree in Telecommunication or Computer Networks with 3 years of experience in networking / telecommunication. - CWNA or equivalent knowledge of 802.11 IEEE standards, WLAN topologies, WLAN Architecture & Troubleshooting - Knowledge of TCP/IP, router/switch infrastructure, Network security, Network trace analysis, VOIP; Radio Frequency - Minimum CCNA Routing & Switching and CWNA certifications - Strong problem solving skills and effective communication skills - Can do! and pro-customer attitude DESIRABLE: - Previous experience in NOC/TAC - CCNP Routing & Switching + CWNA and/or any other wireless certifications are welcome |
