| Popis | We are looking for an experienced HR Team leader to join an international fast paced environment – Human Resources Shared Services. Who will you work for? For over 60 years, this international IT services company has been a top leader for its industry across the world. Operating in 70 countries worldwide, this company provides next generation IT services and solutions for its vast amount of clients. Among other accomplishments, this company focuses on providing value to its clients, shareholders, and partners which makes them a leader in corporate citizenship as well. Your will be responsible for: - Project Management – manage and participate in projects and migrations as needed (workshops, migration plans, knowledge transfer activities, process improvements, …) - Operation and Service Delivery - assign tasks to Team Members, proactively coordinate and monitor workflow, provides support to Team Members as necessary - Monitoring individual and group’s performance - Sustain employee governance – weekly and monthly meetings with employees, management and clients - Reporting to the management - main accomplishments and ongoing activities on a weekly basis - Cooperation with other SME/Team Lead |
| Požadavky | - Fluency in English and French - Proven track record of managing a team (at least 3 years) - HR/Payroll experience within an international organization preferably in a shared services environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of SAP, Workday or other HRIS - Outstanding communication - must be able to successfully interact with all levels within the organization - An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment |
