Your responsibilities will be: - Communicating and negotiating in Dutch and English - Analysing problems and suggesting solutions to different customer problems - Using the phone to answer customers´ questions - Reporting results to management - Upload new customers into company system - Responding to customer requests within various fields (logistics, accounting, IT, sales) Living in the Czech Republic can be a fantastic experience. The unemployment rate has declined in the fourth quarter of last year to 3.6 percent, which is the lowest level in the history. This means that now is the best chance to find a job and gain a professional experience. The international environment is thriving here as well, especially in Prague!
